About
Our founder Tom is passionate about two things; wine and hospitality. He has been extensively involved in developing and managing category defining wine tourism and hospitality operations globally. Following four years running the cellar-door operation at Waterford Estate in South Africa, Tom returned to the UK and most recently headed up the opening teams at both Tillingham and Wiston Estate. During his career Tom has also worked with Tommy Banks and Family at both the Black Swan, Oldstead and Roots, York as well as owning and running his own successful pub-restaurant.
In 2023 he completed a Masters in Viticulture & Oenology at Plumpton writing a Thesis focussed on the future of the ever evolving Wine Tourism Landscape in the UK.
